Hi. The purpose of this email is to relay information about Ernest, who recently painted the exterior trim on our house. He did an excellent job of painting and scraping, was neat, and was very meticulous. But even more impressive, was the fact that he kept us well informed of his plans to paint so that it would not disrupt any events we would be having at our house. While painting in the early spring gets tricky with the weather, Ernest would call to explain when he would be coming to paint and if the weather was not conducive to painting (rain forecast, or temperature too low) he would let us know. What a shining star you have in Jim!

He arrived for our appointment on time! A quality unheard of with contractors. He was polite and personable. I am a woman living alone, and felt completely comfortable with him in my home.

We had occasion to enlist the services of Mario for a problem we had with a water pipe that had frozen and cracked in our home. Mario represented your company with professionalism, courtesy and above all, an understanding that people were dealing with a problem.

In today’s world, where it is all too common to hear about shoddy workmanship, poor attitude, and people being taken advantage of and ripped off, Mario proved that there are still organizations and people that are truly committed to providing necessary services to others for a fair price.

Mario gave us an estimate we felt was extremely reasonable and we engaged his services that same day. As time went by, it became more and more evident that other problems were surfacing, causing the job to take longer than originally anticipated.

There were no excuses, no complaining, and most importantly, no quitting.

Leaving the premises to obtain a part he needed, he returned and finished what he started in a most satisfactory manner. Then, after his contracted job was done (the repair of the section of cracked pipe) – where many people would have said “My job’s done, you’re on your own” – he assisted with finding where the pipe was still frozen, and remained until the water was flowing again.

It is with the utmost sincerity that we commend Mario for his representation of Handyman Connection, and would unequivocally recommend him to anyone in need of his services. It is rare for an individual to be able to instill that sort of confidence in those he meets, especially within the short period of time that he was in our home. Dear Handyman Connection,

I had quite a few gutter issues where they were loose or away from the house. Paul did the job. He was very pleasant and polite.

On Labor Day, it rained like crazy. I checked and all the places I told Paul about were great! There was one spot I didn’t tell Paul about and it was flowing over like crazy.

On September 8^th I called and within an hour Paul was at my house checking the spot I told him about. There was an elbow gutter next to my porch roof that was clogged and within 15 minutes Paul had it down, emptied, and fixed a bulge at the back of the downspout and put back up. Without extra charge.

Paul is an exemplary worker. It hasn’t rained yet but from the debris Paul dumped from that elbow, I’m sure it will be fine.

I’m happy and satisfied.
